Hawkins Group were engaged to design and construct the Foxleigh Mine MIA Upgrade Project, comprising remediation of an existing heavy vehicle workshop (demolition of existing slabs, construction of new internal and apron jacking slabs, structural steel installation, re-roofing, screw-piling and pile caps), new tyre bay, two Cat 793 service bays jacking slabs with tray-up domes, stores dome, LV workshop, and new workshop administration, commercial administration and mine operations offices and ablutions.

Over 3,000m2 of concrete pavements were delivered (2,400m2 of post-tensioned concrete, 310m2 of conventional reinforced concrete and 300m2 of fibre reinforced concrete).
