Hawkins Group were engaged by Peabody Energy to complete offshore building fabrication quality assurance inspections and procurement, followed by site civil, inground services and installation of the two-story village expansion.

The works comprised:

• Civil Works (Demolition, Bulk & Detailed Excavation, Footing & Retaining);
• Building & Site Services (Stormwater, Water, Sewer, Power & Communications);
• Installation of Buildings, Decks, Roofing and Walkways;
• Testing and Commissioning.
