Hawkins Group were engaged by Peabody Energy to refurbish North Goonyella Village for the Mines re-opening, works were completed by Hawkins Group between 2023-2024.

The works comprised:

• Village Accommodation Room Refurbishments;
• Footing Remediation Works;
• General Carpentry;
• Plumbing;
• Electrical & Airconditioning Works; and
• Waterproofing & Roofing.

Hawkins Group provided Construction Supervision, Carpenters, Trades Assistants, Plumbers and Electricians for the project.
