Hawkins Group were engaged to relocate existing administration facilities to Moorvale South Mine for Peabody Energy.

The works comprised:

• Deconstructing existing facilities and making Safe for transport to the new site;
• Earthworks & Footings;
• Building Installation;
• Plumbing & Drainage;
• Internal Fit-Out Including Vinyl Flooring & Cabinetry;
• 350l/m of Security fencing for the Reload Facility;
• Roofing, Decking, Stairs, Handrail & Footpaths.
