Hawkins Group were engaged to refurbish 60+ accommodation rooms at Foxleigh Village.

The works consisted of stripping out the original camp rooms, re-sheeting them with pre-finished plasterboard, installing new vinyl, sanitary fixtures and fittings, shower cubicles, FFE, lighting etc. to extend the lifespan of the assets.
