To allow success & growth, The Hawkins Group
relies in part on working as a subcontractor to principal contractors on Australian Government Funded Projects. To
this end The Hawkins Group has instigated a Management Plan to ensure compliance with the National Code of Practice
in the Construction Industry both on Government, Mining and Private Projects.
The Management Plan, along with associated training, will provide The Hawkins Group site management
the necessary detail to ensure compliance with the National Code of Practice & Industry Guidelines. The
Management Plan will allow the site team to conform with the principle contractors requirements in regard to
the code.
